Kevin Mansfield joined NSB Associates in 2000 to oversee the firm's acquisition efforts and expansion of the company's portfolio. Before joining NSB Associates, Mr. Mansfield focused on the consolidation of the U.S. marina industry and helped grow the portfolios of the nation's two largest marina operators.

From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Mansfield was the Vice President of Acquisitions for Marinas International, a venture funded by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure, the company acquired 15,000 slips in eight states. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Mansfield was the Director of Acquisitions for Westrec Properties, a venture created by Public Storage. In this role he focused on increasing the company's fee management business and doubled the company's assets under management to over $200 million.

Mr. Mansfield has also held positions with Public Storage and Fidelity Investments. While at Public Storage, he successfully worked on the spin-off of Westrec Properties and provided analysis for the roll-up of self-storage partnerships into a publicly-traded REIT. While at Fidelity Investments he performed analysis on acquisitions, developments and financings for a 7-million s.f. portfolio of Class A office space in the Boston market.

Mr. Mansfield received a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and successfully passed all parts of the CPA exam.

Mr. Mansfield is an active member of UCLA's Anderson Alumni and organizes a variety of annual events for fellow alumni in the Southland.
