He also directs all tenant improvements from space planning through tenant occupancy and is responsible for NSB's asset management division. Before joining NSB Associates, Mr. Freeman headed his own real estate company from 1985 to 1988 specializing in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and management. Prior to 1985, he was Vice President of Property Acquisition and Management for one of Southern California's leading residential builders, Marlbrough Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olympia & York. Mr. Freeman received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1980. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
